Join us at the Round 2 High School Fair!
We will be at the Martin Luther King campus on on Saturday, March 3 and Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 10 am – 2 pm for the 2nd round of the high school admissions process. Come to speak with students and staff and get answers to your burning questions about P-TECH.
P-TECH is a limited unscreened school, which means that we give preference in admissions to students from Brooklyn who attend an information session or open house. There is no academic screen, meaning we accept students regardless of past grades and school performance. We currently enroll students from all five boroughs, reflecting the diversity of the New York City public schools.
- Priority to Brooklyn students or residents who attend an information session or fair
- Then to New York City residents who attend an information session or fair
- Then to Brooklyn students or residents
- Then to New York City residents
In order to apply for a spot in the next class at P-TECH, students must go through the enrollment process for NYC schools; refer to this site for more information.
Is P-TECH right for you? For your child?
This website has lots of useful information to help you answer that question. Schedule a visit to tour the school, meet with teachers and current students, and see the physical plant.
